We saw Christmas with the Coopers last week and it was really great. I thought from the way it was starting that it was going to be a bit depressing and there was certainly an underlying story attached to this film but in the end, like most Christmas films, it all turned out well. We haven’t given Krampus a watch because we don’t think it’s our ‘thing’ really, Christmas should be about happy things, not some sort of evil!
Now that it’s a more of a busy time of the year it’s harder to get to the cinema. We still haven’t seen The Good Dinosaur or Bridge of Spies and I have heard good things about both.
It’s the time of year for the office Christmas parties, a time when work colleagues go out and enjoy an evening out together to round off the year. It’s almost like a reward for the work done in the year, it’s just a shame I haven’t left enough holiday to finish work for the year..!
The X Factor final is this weekend, I’ve been backing Che Chesterman from early on in the show however he’s been in the bottom now twice which doesn’t bode well for him but he’s got a great voice and I can’t wait to hear the type of music he’ll make after the show. The runners up always tend to make music and release it quicker than the winner which, should it be Che, won’t be a bad thing. Louisa has also got a great voice, for someone that is only 17. I remember what I was doing at 17 and its crazy to think how quickly some youngsters grow up now.
See you next time.
